Transmit Receive (TR) Module
e2v is currently demonstrating a new transmit receive (TR) module for 77GHz ACC. The unit uses Graded Gap Gunn diode (G3D) planar voltage controlled oscillator (VCO) technology; this approach is inherently low cost as the entire 77GHz oscillator is assembled into the module as a small (10 x 10 x 4mm), hermetically packaged device. Antenna options are chosen jointly with the customer to suit the application.
