The ESD protections on Analog input and Clock input are : E11.
They have been tested according to the standard MIL-STD-883 model HBM at 0.5 kV and 1kV. The result is fully satisfying at 0.5 kV and there are leakages at 1 kV. Here is the description of the tests : * 0.5 kV : Ipeak = 0.32 A ; Rise Time = 8 ns ; Decay Time = 122 ns ; Ringing Current = 4 A * 1 kV : Ipeak = 0.65 A ; Rise Time = 8.5 ns ; Decay Time = 126 ns ; Ringing Current = 3 A Note: There is no need to care about the ESD protections for the ADC TSEV8388B evaluation boards. |
