What do VEETH and VCCTH refer to in the device pinout?

Answer:

VEE and VEETH refer to the same pins for the –5V negative supply, as well as VCC and VCCTH are similar (pins for +5V power supply).
The pins initially had different names to differentiate the power supply pins feeding the Track and hold part of the ADC at the die level. At the package level, they refer to the same VEE and VCC planes respectively. |
