What are the recommended power up and down sequences for the AT84AD001B Dual 8-bit 1Gsps ADC?

Power Up sequence:
The ideal power up sequence would be to have all VCCA, VCCD and VCCO switched on simultaneously. If this is not possible, the recommended sequence is as follows:
-VCCA first;
-Then VCCD;
-And finally VCCO.
Power Down sequence:
The ideal power down sequence would be to have all VCCA, VCCD and VCCO switched off simultaneously. If this is not possible, the recommended sequence is as follows:
-VCCO first;
-Then VCCD;
-And finally VCCA.
