What do I have to do with the CLOCK Q pins (CLKQ, CLKQN) if I do not intend to use them?

Answer:

Because the differential clock buffer is internally biased to VCCD/2, you can either leave the pins open or pull up CLKQ to VCCD and pull down CLKQN to ground.
