What do I have to do with the VINQ and VINQB signals if I do not intend to use these input signals?

Each positive and negative signal of the differential pair corresponds to 2 pins. One of each pin pair can be left open while the other must be terminated to ground via a 50-ohm resistor, as illustrated in the following figure:
