Do the 2 AGND pins (A2 and A15) located in the digital section of the MUXDAC need to be connected?

These 2 AGND pins (A2 and A15) are used at the package level to connect the package case (at AGND potential) to the AGND internal package layer.
It is recommended to adapt the board layout to connect these 2 pins to the board AGND plane for proper operation of the device. |
