We have an opportunity for a Senior Engineer to join the Engineering function in Lincoln on a permanent basis. This position is required to support the technical capability and improvement projects within the group.
The incumbent will be expected to drive continuous improvement and develop methodologies in order to raise levels of customer satisfaction and overall profitability. The incumbent will be responsible for the leading, developing and motivating a project Engineering team focussed on ensuring full and timely completion of projects, prompt delivery of engineering solutions to manufacturing problems and the cost effective improvement of our processes. The incumbent will be required to support commercial development opportunities by acting as an integral member of relevant bid teams through to tender vet and the quotation process.

Essential Experience:
- Excellent team worker with experience of leading, developing and motivating teams.
- Strong Interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to meet project commitments and drive improvement activities.
- A formal engineering qualification or equivalent experience.
- A strong background within engineering and knowledge of engineering methods and principles
- Extensive experience with applicable specialisations from the following high power RF attenuators, phased array TR modules, TR cells, semi-conductor physics or radar components.
