TECHNICAL QUALITY & RELIABILITY COORDINATOR

As a part of Central Quality department, you ensure the high level of quality and reliability of products and processes.

Mission

Technical Quality Coordination

By leading 6 sigmas programs, you help and coordinate operational quality teams (BU’s, Industrial and Support) to :
- Reduce the rate of returns
- Solve their problems by identifying and acting on root causes
- Consolidate adequate data and report for company dashboard construction
By delegation, you sign Waivers, Certificate of Conformity, PCN and EOL
You technically manage our failure analysis suppliers, advice colleagues for results interpretation
As a specialist of statistical tools, you advice the organisation on the choice of the right tools and on results interpretation
You’re an active partner in case of certification and customer audits
You analyse impact of new regulations (such as RoHS, REACH…) on our products and processes

Reliability

You develop the Reliability and Qualification expertise, with a specific attention to electronic system approach in a short-middle term period
You advice quality, design and engineering teams

Required skills and knowledge

Ø Experience of min 10 years in semiconductor or electronic industry

Ø Knowledge of technical quality standards (MIL STD 883, JEDEC, ESCC, AEC Q100…)

Ø Knowledge of standard (AS 9100, TS 16949, ISO 9001, MIL PRF 38535…)

Ø Familiar with space, automotive and severe environment constraints

Ø Product and Process Intrinsic Reliability

Ø Reliability for electronic systems, thermic and mechanic knowledge welcome

Ø Strong statistical culture : DOE, SPC, MSA, 6 sigmas (ideally black belt)

Ø Internal Audit

Ø Capacity for functional and project management

Ø Analytic and Rigorous

Ø Ability to communicate, to synthesise information

Ø French and English Fluent
