Group HSE & Facilities Manager
This position has been created for you to lead HSE and Facilities initiatives and efficiencies throughout the Group. It involves the leadership and management of HSE group policy, standards and programmes as well as the Facilities agenda across all e2v premises and activities. This will include developing strategic direction, maintaining organisational focus of top ten risks/priorities and driving change and continuous improvement forward in all the Group’s HSE & Facilities organisations.
Well qualified and widely experienced in HSE, fire, occupational health & hygiene, and radiological protection, you must be familiar with the management system requirements of such sectors as IT, industry, defence, medicine, automotive, hazardous areas, etc. Conversant with ISO systems and a member of HSE bodies, you should also have experience of Facilities management in a multi-site, international organisation.
