Group Quality Manager

Achieve excellence and then improve on it. That’s the challenge of this newly created position in which you’ll lead quality initiatives and efficiencies across the group internationally. A critical agent for change, you’ll drive both organisational and cultural development and establish key performance metrics which will deliver continuous improvement. The strategic direction of quality practices will be in your remit, as you champion a zero defects culture group-wide, using cutting edge TQM systems and regular quality audits to do so.

Strong people management skills will be your key to success. You must have a demonstratable track record as a change agent driving both cultural as well as organisational change. Experience of TQM and traditional quality methodology must be enhanced by communicative enthusiasm for empowered and autonomous work groups and the quest for zero defects. Exceptional communication and coaching skills will be essential.
