MISSIONS
- Use and improve simulation and modelling tools for CMOS image sensors
- Analyse technology test structures
- Give a technical support to pixel designers to develop new structures and during characterization and debug of new sensors
- Technical Interaction with CMOS foundry to evaluate and take benefit of process optimization in new image sensors (mainly pixels)
- Analyse and give advice on new specifications feasibility
- Improve the know how of our team (patents, analysis,…) and propose innovative solutions for future image sensors.
EXPERIENCE / COMPETENCES
- 5 years in Simulation /Techno/ Design for CMOS image sensors (2-3 years accepted)
- Microelectronics and physics of semiconductor background
- CMOS Image sensors Process
- SILVACO simulation tools.
- Fluent English
